Following the Tenant Fee Ban on the 1st of June 2019 all Credit Check Fees are the responsibility of the Landlord.

Late Payment Fee

We will initially chase overdue rent via phone. Should there be no response/reply, or the rent is more than 14 days in arrears, interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from Rent Due Date until paid.

Holding Deposit / Cancellation Charge : equivalent of 1 week's rent for the applicable property.

Should you apply for a property a Holding Deposit equal to 1 (One) week's rent will be held whilst credit checks are carried out. The property will be suspended from the letting market in favour of this prospective tenant. At a later date, should you decide to cancel your application, we reserve the right to withhold the holding deposit as payment for lost marketing time and missed rental opportunities.
